WHAT IF I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PORTAL INVITATION EMAIL?

Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still don’t see it, contact our office or your therapist directly and we’ll resend your link.

DO I NEED TO DOWNLOAD AN APP TO USE MY  ENSORA HEALTH PORTAL?

No — Ensora is entirely web-based. You can log in securely through any web browser on your phone, tablet, or computer.

HOW DO I SEND A MESSAGE TO MY THERAPIST?

Once you are logged into your portal, navigate to the Secure Messaging tab. Messages sent through Ensora are fully encrypted and private.

CAN I UPDATE MY INSURANCE OR PAYMENT INFORMATION THROUGH ENSORA HEALTH PORTAL?

Yes. You can request a Change of Information form, and it will be emailed to you via the Ensora portal.

WHAT IF I FORGET MY PASSWORD?

Click “Forgot Password?” on the login page to reset it securely.

IS MY INFORMATION PRIVATE AND SECURE?

Absolutely. Ensora meets all HIPAA compliance and data encryption standards to ensure your information remains safe and confidential.
