Review and pay bills or set up payment plans with ease
Access documents and forms related to your care
Upload insurance information securely
View upcoming appointments and request schedule changes

NEW TO THE PORTAL?

Welcome! We’re glad you’re here.
If you’re a new client, your clinician will create your Ensora portal account after your initial consultation.

Once your account is created, you’ll receive an email invitation with a secure link to set up your login and complete your intake documentation. This includes:

Consent and privacy forms
Insurance and payment details
Any questionnaires or assessments your therapist assigns

All of these forms are securely stored within Ensora and can be completed from your phone, tablet, or computer.
