Clinical Psychologist

My approach to therapy is relational and dynamic. I believe that our relationships impact all areas of our lives, including our identities, how we see ourselves, how we see others, and how we interact with the world.  When we don't yet know ourselves or have to become other than ourselves, things go awry.

Because I believe "becoming" is a relational process, the relationship between therapist and client can be a healing relationship that assists clients to understand themselves and others. I endeavor to provide a judgment-free environment full of acceptance, safety, and security, where clients can explore their unique selves. I also seek to empower clients on their journey of discovering a sense of self, agency, and capacity for self-advocacy.
